N-Acetyl Semax
Acetylated, more stable analog of Semax; longer-acting nootropic via BDNF/NGF upregulation.
Scientific Overview
N-Acetyl Semax is an N-terminal acetylated derivative of Semax (the ACTH(4-7) analog Pro-Gly-Pro fragment) developed at the Russian Institute of Molecular Genetics. Acetylation blocks aminopeptidase cleavage, extending half-life. Like Semax it raises BDNF/NGF and modulates dopaminergic tone. Schedule status varies; not FDA-approved.
