Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-03

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DoseVault, Inc. (“DoseVault”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of dosevault.ai, the DoseVault web application, the DoseVault progressive web app, our APIs, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

DoseVault is a personal peptide tracker, calculator suite, and educational research resource. The Service helps you record vials, log doses, plan reconstitution, view stability windows, and centralize self-collected bloodwork. The Service is not a healthcare product, telemedicine provider, pharmacy, compounder, or vendor of peptides or any other regulated substance.

See our Disclaimer for the full statement of educational scope. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that DoseVault does not, and cannot, provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Your account

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone;
  • notify us promptly at security@dosevault.ai of any unauthorized use of your account;
  • take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • represent the Service's outputs as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to yourself or anyone else;
  • rely on calculator outputs, peptide reference articles, AI-generated summaries, or any other content as a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed healthcare professional;
  • use the Service to sell, broker, advertise, or solicit sales of peptides or other regulated substances;
  • upload or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that contains malware;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • interfere with the operation of the Service, circumvent rate limits, or probe for security vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure;
  • use the Service to train a competing AI model or to build a competing product.

No medical advice — explicit acknowledgment. You acknowledge and agree that (a) DoseVault is not a healthcare provider; (b) calculator outputs and reference content are educational only; (c) you are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your health; and (d) you will consult a licensed physician before initiating, modifying, or discontinuing any therapy.

5. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing-cycle options, and feature inclusions are listed on our Pricing page.

  • Payment processor:all payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment details you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy notice.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless cancelled.
  • Taxes: prices exclude applicable taxes, which Stripe calculates and adds at checkout where required by law.
  • 30-day refund policy: if you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, email billing@dosevault.ai within 30 days of your initial purchase or first renewal of a new term and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and downgrade your account to the free tier until payment succeeds.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Plan, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except in connection with the 30-day refund policy above.

7. Your data; ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload to the Service (vials, doses, protocols, reminders, bloodwork, photos, notes — collectively, “Your Data”). You grant DoseVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create back-ups of Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You can export Your Data at any time via Settings → Your data. When you delete your account, Your Data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the DoseVault name, logo, software, interface, calculators, peptide reference content, and editorial articles — is owned by DoseVault and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non- commercial purposes.

Aggregated, anonymized usage data (counts, percentages, and other statistics that do not identify any individual) belongs to DoseVault and may be used for product improvement, research, and benchmarking.

9. AI-generated output

Some features use third-party large language models (Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok). AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it. AI output is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional's judgment.

10. DMCA & copyright

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service (URL);
  • your contact information (address, phone, email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices to dmca@dosevault.ai or by post to: DoseVault, Inc., Attn: DMCA Agent, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. Counter-notices follow the procedure in §512(g) of the DMCA. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoseVault, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) Your Data; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOSEVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON- INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR CALCULATOR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DOSEVAULT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE — WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID DOSEVAULT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or any conduct that we believe creates legal exposure or harms the Service or other users. Sections 7 (last sentence), 8 through 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoseVault regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
